The instructions below should be applied only to iBridge Mobile Memory flash drive (see photo below). If you have iAccess card reader, please go here.
To begin with, please make sure the iBridge is plugged in properly. If you use thick case, try to take it off and plug in iBridge again.
Before we proceed please make sure you have backed up all files stored in Local storage of the app as reinstalling the app will delete them.
If it did not help, please try to:
1) Delete MobileMemory app
2) Power off your iPhone.
3) Close all the apps on the background (Double tap home button > swipe up)
4) Install MobileMemory app from the App Store.
If none of the above helps, the problem might be caused by corrupted file system and reformatting should fix this.
Please note that formatting will erase everything from iBridge, so backup all important files before proceeding.
If you are on Mac, please format iBridge using standard disk utility using MS-DOS file system and MBR (Master Boot Record) specification. Here is the video instruction for Mac
If you are on Windows, please use the following tool:
Note: Run the tool as an ADMINISTRATOR. (right click > run as administrator)
Allocation unit size should be selected automatically depending on your device capacity.
