My iBridge 3 is not recognized. Help!

To begin with, please make sure the iBridge is plugged in properly. If you use thick case, try to take it off and plug in iBridge again. 

Not let's check if you are using the correct app. There are 2 versions of iBridge:

1) iBridge uses the app called MobileMemory

2) iBridge 3 uses the app called iBridge 3

  

So if you see the message “iBridge is not connected” in the iBridge 3 app, it may be because you are using iBridge rather than iBridge 3.
 
If you have verified that you are using a correct app for your device, and it’s still not recognized, please read the instructions below:
 
Before we proceed please make sure you have backed up all files stored in Local storage of the app as reinstalling the app will delete them.
 
1) Delete iBridge 3 app
2) Power off your iPhone.
3) Close all the apps on the background (Double tap home button > swipe up)
4) Install iBridge 3 app from the App Store.

Please try to use iBridge now. 

If the device is still not recognized, please contact us from iBridge app > Settings (gear icon) > Contact us
