How do I fix my iBridge Air if it has suddenly stopped recognizing?

First, you need to make sure that your iBridge Air is charged.

 

To make sure that it is charged you need to connect it to a computer USB outlet, and see if it is charged basing on your iBridge Air LED indicator light. (For more details please refer to the "LED indicator" section of this document.)

 

Second, you to check if the iBridge Air is turned on basing on your iBridge Air LED indicator light. (For more details please refer to the “LED indicator” section of this document.)

 

The third step would be to check if you have connected to your iBridge Air as described in the (How do I connect my iBridge Air to my iPhone or iPad?) section of this document.

 

It is also might be useful to try to switch between 5Ghz WiFi mode and 2.4Ghz WiFi mode.

 

Now that if you have followed the previous steps, and ensured that it was done correctly, you may try to reinstall the app.

 

Before you proceed please make sure you have backed up all files stored in Local storage of the app as reinstalling the app will delete them.

 

Please try to:

 

1) Delete iBridge Air app

2) Power off your iOS device.

3) Close all the apps on the background (Double tap home button > swipe up)

4) Install iBridge Air app from the App Store.
